Hideki Suzuki

After working in trading companies and consulting firms, Hideki Suzuki became involved in incubation work starting in 2002 and has managed multiple investment funds for creators.
He joined Technology Seed Incubation Co., Ltd. in 2006, became a director in 2009, and founded Tsukurie Inc. in 2015, serving as CEO (current position).
He has overseen over 25 entrepreneurial support facilities and has experience investing in over 30 companies.
He is also deeply involved in supporting creators and content.

Yuko Matsuda

Yuko Matsuda worked in animation production companies in various roles, including production progress, setting production, and publishing books.
Since 2013, she has produced numerous collaborative products with traditional crafts using content and events in collaboration with local communities.
After joining Tsukurie Inc. in 2016, she has been involved in collaboration projects using content and supporting creators, from planning and developing content to handling content rights.

Kurara Yusa

Kurara Yusa has experience in website production, web strategy planning, and direction at a digital communication and web production company.
Currently, she is responsible for creator management and direction at the animation production company, Mobius Tone Co., Ltd. She also serves as a teacher and staff member for animation classes aimed at children and overseas audiences.
As a creator herself, she works on illustration and content production. Additionally, she shares content as a fan of Showa and Heisei era culture.

Nobuhiro Ito

In 2009, Nobuhiro Ito founded the animation studio Graphinica Co., Ltd., which grew to a scale of 300 employees.
After stepping down as president of Graphinica in 2020, he has been actively promoting alliances with startup companies developing advanced content businesses.
He helps bring out the creativity of creators to produce content that can reach global audiences.

Kazushige Yusa

Animator/Director. CEO of Mobius Tone Co., Ltd. Kazushige Yusa joined Tatsunoko Production in 1978.
He is involved in the animation production of TV shows, TV commercials, and short films. He also teaches as a university professor and vocational school instructor, focusing on training animators.
He participates as a special lecturer in educational exchange programs abroad and educational activities related to animation across Japan.
He is also the author of "Animator's Exercise Book – The First Step to Understanding the Laws of Motion."
